Baptism Information Form
Baptism Sunday
We will provide you with a special shirt to be baptized in on that day.
Items needed from participant:
Towel
Change of clothes and undergarments
Flip Flops or sandals
Please wear dark appropriate length shorts OR dark pants/leggings
Toiletries if needed
We will have a mandatory meeting @ 9:30AM that morning to go over important information and hand out shirts.
At the end of service Pastor Bart will dismiss the participants slightly early to prepare for baptism. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.
